Fetta

The old favourite - a cheese that comes from Middle East where it was very difficult to preserve cheese because of the lack of refrigeration. It is set in a brine solution.

We use salt, although we do produce fetta in citric acid - this gives a sweeter flavour to the cheese. Fetta can be used in many different ways but it is usually used alongside other dishes or as an addition to a dish.

This is made in a slab form and is packed on trays in part parcels from 250grams to 1 or more kilos.
