This was supposed to be out before Mother's Day and then you could all buy a cheese
for Mum! But not so - time has moved on, and the cheese will be later.
FIRSTLY: Thank you - Thank you for all your support in the past few months-we
had a record X-mas, and since then we have continued to be very, very busy, which
is good.
SECONDLY: We hope we have now sorted out all the problems from X-mas-yes, I know
we did let some people down but we simply underestimated the demand-by about 1,000
cheeses. We did the very best we could, but I know there were some who missed
out. Can I say I regret this, and it should not happen again!
THIRDLY: YES We do have a lot of cheese at present-wonderful farmhouses, and all
the rest-Our Caerphilly is going really well, and we have just produced a QUINCE
PASTE to go with it - this is wonderful - and with a biscuit, Caerphilly and quince
MMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMM
FOURTHLY: We are going on the internet - we have talked about this for so long
now, BUT the time has come - I am now convinced that the computers are here to
stay - so I say, let's join the revolution!
We have over 2.000 mail addresses, which we have collected over a long period
of time. We now want to be able to e-mail newsletters to you! (as well as mail)

FIFTHLY: What else-ah yes, milk prices - mmmmmmmmmmm! We all wish the farmers
well and the big Co Op. - but as the international prices rise, so do the prices
in New Zealand. So we have the first of what we think will be many increases in
milk prices. BUT, we have not yet put our prices up!
SIXTHLY: All the animals are well-Pig lost a lot of weight, so can walk much better!
Beth - little white dog, was hit by a car about a month ago, but survived! But
did help the vets holiday fund! Phillip is tremendous, and now we have Mary -
the cat.
SEVENTHLY: We have the most wonderful of all cheeses right now, and really want
you to enjoy them - if not your mother! Order a late one for Mum - or for anyone!
