Well who would have thought it? Old Colin on the Net! But here I am-just
beginning but determined this what we want to do.

We want you to make comments about our site, our cheese, we also want you to order cheese.

Why this step?
We have been mail-ordering cheese around the country for over 20 years. This has been very very successful. Now about 80% of our sales are by this method. It allows us much more control over the cheese that is delivered to you-we are totally responsible for it and as well
we can offer it to you at an excellent price.

What is happening?? We are now at the beginning of the new 2001 season.

Milk Price.
You will be aware that this has dramatically increased over
the past year and this new season in particular. The reason is the
overseas prices and the low New Zealand dollar. We have been assured by
Kiwi milk that if there is any change downwards in the price of milk
this will immediately be reflected in the price to us. I have to add
however that we are hardly big players in the milk industry!

THE CHEESES
The farmhouses are simply wonderful.

The Ruby Bays are coming on much firmer and are therefore far tastier
that last season.

The Blue Bays are tremendous

The Komene Kaases are developing into fine specimens

The fetta is fantastic and the Caerphilly is captivating!

All in all the range is full and delicious.

Freight
We know that you have to pay for freight but the more you order the less you pay!!

If you order three or four farmhouses for example you pay just a little
over $1.00 per kg for freight within New Zealand. That's a good deal!

CHRISTMAS CHEESES
This is OCTOBER!!!
We start to make our Christmas Cheeses in mid-October-November
Cheese makes a great gift -it can be shared by many people, it can be
popped back into the fridge and does not go off or spoil.
We can send it anywhere in New Zealand for you.
