We have two great times to give thanks-- Christmas and Easter-
And now it is Easter. You may not know this but traditionally in Europe cheeses were made for presentation at Easter time. They were made with the new milk of the new season and given with pride to those people who mattered to them in those far off days. The cheese were wrapped with a bright red ribbon around them and presented early on Easter Sunday,
