All the Xmas cheeses have now been made and in fact the ones that we are making now are the February cheeses.!
All the cheeses are looking wonderful - the Bries are developing into those very soft creamy ones that go so well with all sorts of summer entertainment
The Blues have developed really well - we are pleased with these after initial fears over their piercings. And this year we have made plenty of blue in time for the Xmas rush.
Remember Xmas is the time for giving. All our cheeses make excellent presents.
They present well - all are the same size, they all have individual finishes to them; White, Red, Blue, Yellow.
They are wonderful cheeses. These are all world class cheeses. All have won medals and the Farmhouse Brie has won the New Zealand Supreme Champion.
They are individual. They are made by the Dennison Family. Evansdale Cheese is the oldest of the small factories in New Zealand and has a wealth of experience.
So; for your Xmas gift give a cheese:- it is a sharing gift - one that lasts and one that people talk about.
And remember all the others that we make:- The CAERPHILLY, the FETTA, CHEESE SPREADS, QUINCE PASTE.
