Evansdale Cheese Shipping, Refunds and Returns Policy
Freight Prices:
*YOUR ACCOUNT WILL BE CHARGED IN NZD*Please note you may have to tick multiple boxs for freight (thanks to the couriers) and any mistakes can delay your order.
- Orders to Canterbury, Otago and Southland up to 16 whole cheese rounds per box @ $11.50 per box
- Orders to elsewhere in South Island up to 16 whole cheese rounds per box @ $16.50 per box
- Orders to the North Island up to two whole cheese rounds per courier bag @ $11.50 per courier bag
- Orders to the North Island with more than two whole cheese rounds goes out in boxes of up to 8 whole cheese rounds per box @ $24.50 per box
- NOTE ON RURAL DELIVERY there is an extra $5.50 per order (Rural Delivery is determined by post code entered) BUT NOTE ALL r.d orders are at your own risk (as couriers will not cover it) we advise sending it to a business or non r.d address.
- residential ie to a private address is an extra $1.50. this is new from the couriers grrrrr but if you are not are residental address then please inform me and ill refund you the $1.50

Orders are dispatched Monday to Wed for the main centres and also Monday to Wednesday for all other addresses especially rural deliveries, North Island addresses outside of the main centres and upper South Island.
We endeavour to get all orders out of the factory and to the courier as soon as possible on recieving your order but this is subject to stock availability and courier delivery.
Note: The four main centers are Auckland, Wellington, Christchurch and Dunedin.
All orders are tracked through Poste Haste Couriers but we are not responsible for courier delivery times or condition on arrival as it is out of our hands once it leaves the factory, an item is not deemed missing from post haste until 21 days.
note: if we have to go to claim it can be up to 30 days while they conduct an investigation.
CHILL PACKS: we use "thermogard" and these are now available @ $2.00 each, we thoroughly recommend them as with out them the courier and us will not cover your order should it be delayed.
2 is best per box.
At Christmas time orders can take up to 7 working days from when we recieve your order to delivery because of the high volume of orders and slower courier times. If you have a time you need your cheeses, please inform us in the comments section and we will endevour to get it to you as close as possible to the date you request.
Returns & Refund Policy
Thanks for shopping at Evansdale cheese. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.
Returns:
You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds:
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card or via internet banking.
You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies and or bank times.
Shipping:
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping may be deducted from your refund.
