Evansdale Cheese Shipping, Refunds and Returns Policy

Freight Prices:

*YOUR ACCOUNT WILL BE CHARGED IN NZD*
  • Orders to Canterbury, Otago and Southland up to 16 whole cheese rounds per box @ $10 per box
  • Orders to elsewhere in South Island up to 16 whole cheese rounds per box @ $12 per box
  • Orders to the North Island up to two whole cheese rounds per courier bag @ $10.00 per courier bag
  • Orders to the North Island with more than two whole cheese rounds goes out in boxes of up to 8 whole cheese rounds per box @ $20 per box
  • NB: Rural delivery is an extra $5.00 per order (Rural Delivery is determined by post code entered)

Orders are sent Monday to Thursday and we endeavour to get all orders out of the factory to the courier within 48 hours of your order arriving to us. This is not always possible as we are reliant on couriers, the couriers also do not deliver on Saturday or Sunday.

Note: if you are not in one of the main four centers - Auckland, Wellington, Christchurch and Dunedin, orders are shipped no later then Wednesday.

All orders are tracked through Poste Haste Couriers but we are not responsible for courier delivery times or condition on arrival as it is out of our hands once it leaves the factory.

At Christmas time orders can take up to 7 working days from when we recieve your order to delivery because of the high volume of orders and slower courier times. If you have a time you need your cheeses, please inform us in the comments section and we will endevour to get it to you as close as possible to the date you request.


Returns & Refund Policy
 

Thanks for shopping at Evansdale cheese. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Returns:

You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds:

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card or via internet banking.
You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies and or bank times.

Shipping:

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-­refundable.
If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping may be deducted from your refund.
