oh, wow this is something very new and exciting for us.....

We at Evansdale cheese are lucky enough to be able to work with Mark at Apollo NZ and the stunning "wood-fired pizza ovens". We started this process while being kept warm with the "corten steel fireplaces" we had so much fun (some ales may also have been involved) but we all decided a collaboration is a perfect match for the upcoming summer, actually it goes back before this as we had Marks team put up a louvre roof system (its stunning) and we became friends after that.
