We have taken our favourite Ruby Bay Cheddar Cheese and hot smoked it in manuka wood chips.
This gives a beautiful golden colour to the outside of the cheese. A bold naturally smoked cheese with a smooth flavour.
No aritficial colours, flavours or preservatives.
